By accessing and using FAMS (Flexible Academic Management System), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is designed for educational use within authorized school districts.

User Responsibilities

- Use only their authorized school Google Workspace account
Prohibited Activities

- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Attempting to access data belonging to other users
- Using the platform for non-educational purposes
- Disrupting the platform's functionality or security
- Violating any applicable laws or school policies
Data and Privacy
Your use of FAMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting student privacy in accordance with FERPA and other applicable educational privacy laws.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service.
